Eco Art House Contest

The art card contest is for students and parents that would like to have their art considered to be printed for sale in our international card packs sold by retailers worldwide! A portion of each of these packs sold go back to the schools participating! This is part of our vision in changing the way the world buys greeting cards. Our goal is to give back to schools for every card purchased.

No order or purchase is necessary to participate! Just fill out the following permission form and your child’s art will be considered. Note, we never use any photographs, but the child’s first name, school and country may be used. Thank you for helping us give back!

Please allow My Child’s artwork to be considered for inclusion in the Eco Art House fundraising project at My Child’s school. I /we acknowledge that My Child’s artwork could be used to make cards to be re-printed and sold to the public and hereby grant you a license to do so in consideration of My Child being allowed to participate. I/we understand that My Child’s artwork may be modified as you in your sole discretion deem appropriate, including editing, cropping, brightening, etc., and waive My Child’s moral rights in the artwork. I confirm that neither My Child’s name nor photograph will be used by you, and that any artwork submitted with My Child’s name or photograph on the artwork (front of the card) will not be considered by you. I/we agree to jointly and severally indemnify and hold the you harmless from any claims, actions, losses or damages, liabilities, costs and expenses resulting from the termination of this Agreement in the event that My Child exercises his or her legal right to rescind this assignment upon obtaining the age of majority.
