No, we work with many groups and clubs!
But to qualify for commission you must have all of the following:
- Total school/group order of minimum 10 packs.
- Be an official school, club, organization or group.
(Commission cannot be paid to an individual). - Only orders placed before order deadline qualify for commission.
Cards are only shipped directly to the school/group for FREE and MUST be ordered by the due date. Late orders cannot be accepted.
Orders can be shipped to one address only and only one shipment by the due date to qualify for free shipping.
At the end of the projects, each school/group will be sent the money earned. Please allow 8 weeks after delivered.

No, there is no minimum order to purchase, but a minimum order of 10 packs is necessary to qualify for commission.

There are no refunds or exchanges as each product is personalized and cannot be re-sold.
Create a folder on your desktop for your classes art.
Please scan the artwork at 300 dpi as a .jpeg for best results and save to your folder.
Do not worry about the scan being the right direction or saving each with a name. The unique QR code will automatically turn and save each art to the right student!
Log into your class (make sure you have completed your classlist and art is created on art templates with the QR code).
Click on "Upload Art", choose your folder, and you are done!
You will automatically see a preview of the card!

The art templates each have a unique QR code on each sheet.
After you complete your classlist, you will print an art template sheet for each participant to create their artwork on, each sheet has unique QR code.
Each sheet has the participants name, and their code. This code allows for easy scanning, and previewing of final cards!
Yes, we do have some general rules that have to be followed:
1- You must use our Art Template to create the artwork. We will send this to you when you enroll!
2- Artwork must be completed in boxes provided. The boxes represent where the card is cut and any artwork on the lines will be cut off.
3- No personal photographs of people or peoples faces. This it to ensure privacy and to adhere to privacy and protection laws.
4- Have fun!
No you cannot customize the cards. You will see a preview of your children's cards.
The purpose of the cards is to showcase and celebrate the original artwork!
Our designers do go and look at the artwork to make any necessary touch ups required for optimal printing.
All cards will be blank inside, cannot print on the inside of the cards.
No personal photographs allowed. (This is for privacy and protection laws).

We have always been committed to using 100% recycled, FSC certified paper, with a premium matte finish (as it most accurately reflects the original art, less glare, and easier on the environment).
Since Covid, there is a paper shortage. Print mills are not at full capacity, and are focused on box production, and not card stock paper production.
They are not offering many choices on any card stock paper, and we have to "take what we can get". But we hope this will change soon. We will always choose the most environmentally friendly available paper.
Yes, siblings can participate!
You just need to go to the teacher/group of the child enrolled and ask to have the sibling added to the classlist. The teacher can then give you an Art Template for that child to create the artwork!
*We cannot process the art for you, this must be done through the school/teacher/group.
This allows us to print your art for you, and you alone. No one else can do anything with your art.
This also outlines that we offer no refunds or exchanges, as every card is unique and cannot be re-sold.
Our goal is to change the way the world buys greeting cards. If you want to help, you fill out this form, and your art will be considered for our global art card project. This project showcases art from around the world sold in packs worldwide. Your child’s first name and school may be used on the back of the card, but never any last names or pictures. A portion of these cards sold by retailers will be distributed to all schools that have participated.*
*Schools have to have students enrolled in the Eco Art House Project to qualify for any commissions.
